This here is a new toy concept I have. This is my process so far:

from left to right, initial marker sketch of alternate mode and and humanoid mode. Then what the character would look like in fiction(more of that will be translated to toy form)

And finally the transformation scheme. Which works out pretty solid. Sure its sketchy, but the important thing is it works.

Just one important design aesthetic, no 'mechanical' parts whatsoever. Take from that what you will.

Any feedback appreciated. And dont steal mah stuffz, fer real.

Sorry I cant offer any story elements or anything. But I can say this is a brachiosaurus alt mode. Let rampant speculation begin!

And if someone does know the story, dont share!

It's time for another critique; the first time for me to do a critique on a toy concept but my god what a hellova toy this would be.. or even a collectable item :D

The details on how this character would transform can be well seen & demonstrate very well how the mechanics would work... the biomechanical appearance would possibly be a bit of the old "Nightmare Fuel" if this character would be a villain... if this is a heroic character I would empthasise LESS on the fleshy appearance.

however; it is an exceptionally well designed character that is both sleek, streamline as well as intricately well designed that is also simplistic in its appearance which is a big bonus

WOW! what a complex design. I am amazed and sort of grossed out at the same time. GREAT JOB!

Awesome work, but toy manufacturers are likely reluctant to use so gory a design. (Before someone mentions 'The Walking Dead' action figures, remember that's an ADULT TV show, and the toys are intended for ADULT fans.)

I see this aspect as a double edge sword, the goryness could be a huge draw as well, kids like gross things, remember the original ghostbusters toyline?

I DO understand your point, but I'm staying the course with this line :) The design also goes hand in hand with story elements.
